  1. A good first effort. Avoid telling us what you are going to do and just start doing. Keep the background info tied specifically the film you are presenting. This film was essentially the first of its kind to push sexuality and violence to another level and yes became one of the classics for the slasher genre. You describe the extract but not where it happens in the context to the overall narrative. This not Lila's brother, but Marion's boyfriend. You briefly Identify key areas to focus on and develop the insightful use of film language but then don't always go into much detail in how you describe it's key features as how this relates to the director's intent. How does the extract show itself as a psychological thriller. Be more decisive in your use of evidence. Keep it up!
